The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategic direction of Chainlink’s Core Services. This leader will be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of developer-focused services, ensuring that Chainlink remains at the forefront of blockchain innovation. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset and proven leadership experience. As Director, you will oversee product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage key stakeholder relationships to drive the product’s growth and market impact.

About Core Services
Chainlink’s Core Services—Automation, Functions, and VRF—enable developers to innovate rapidly by leveraging decentralized Oracle Networks. These services power groundbreaking blockchain applications, allowing developers to win new markets and shape the future of decentralized technologies.

Your Impact

  • Develop and own the product vision and multi-year strategy for Core Services, aligning with company objectives and driving market differentiation.

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and operational excellence.

  • Engage with users, go-to-market teams, and developer relations to develop deep market intelligence and anticipate market needs.

  • Influence and collaborate closely with executive leadership, obtaining buy-in on product strategies and initiatives that contribute to Chainlink’s growth and industry leadership.

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, developer relations, and go-to-market teams to drive product innovation, adoption, and market expansion.

  • Lead the creation and execution of a high-impact product roadmap that aligns with company goals, delivering on-time and within scope across multiple teams.

  • Unlock new markets and revenue streams by defining and executing product strategies that expand Chainlink’s developer-focused offerings.

  • Serve as an external spokesperson for Chainlink’s Core Services, influencing industry trends and engaging with strategic partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of technical product management experience

  • Proven track record of leading and scaling developer-facing products and services, preferably in blockchain or decentralized infrastructure

  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing product teams

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally to define and execute a product vision, particularly with engineering, TPMs, and marketing teams

  • Demonstrated success in building and launching products in new markets

  • Understanding of decentralized infrastructure, blockchain technologies, and key industry verticals

  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and external partners

  • Experience working in a global, remote-first environment, adept at navigating different time zones and cultural contexts
