Department /Position Description:
This department oversees the Shopping Cart and Checkout Experience, owning the end-to-end digital journey that transforms browsing into buying. We drive conversion, reduce friction, and strive to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and secure checkout flow across all platforms (Mobile App and Web).
The Co-op will work closely with the Cart & Check Out team to improve the customer journey from cart to order confirmation across web and mobile platforms. They will gain hands-on experience in product development, user experience optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and analytics teams. This role offers exposure to agile methodologies and real-world problem solving in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Qualifications:
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application development, either through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Familiarity with product development concepts and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience or coursework in data analysis, user research, or customer journey mapping.
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for a frictionless end to end customer experience
- Strong analytical skills particularly experience in funnel analysis and experimentation
