As a Product Lead, you will work closely with engineering, design, underwriting, operations, sales, and our customers to discover and execute product strategy that activates, engages, and delights agents. What You'll Bring
- 8+ years’ experience of product management leadership experience leading product strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering successful products in a rapid growth environment to delight customers and achieve measurable business impact.
- Experience leading product discovery through market & user research, testing methodologies to drive business decisions, data analytics, opportunity and problem identification, and prioritization to resolve issues.
- Effectively communicates and aligns upon product strategy and tradeoffs with cross functional stakeholders and at the senior level.
- Effectively bridges user research and engineering capabilities to ensure an intuitive, frictionless, and high-quality UI experience
- Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships.
- Experience managing a team of Product & Designers
- Proficiency and demonstrated abilities with SQL, design and user experience tooling (Figma), LLMs
What You'll Do
- Drive planning for quarterly outcomes for the service roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to craft and execute the Product Roadmap aligned to company goals, and ensure the teams are operating to effectively prioritize backlogs and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
- Collaborate across Sales, Underwriting, Strategic Partnerships, Operations, and Service strategy to understand the needs of our customers and to achieve business outcomes and delight agents and partners.
- Analyze performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for to deliver values to users and Pathpoint.
- Cultivate effective processes across the team to drive measurable value to the business.
- Coach and foster a culture of product and UX excellence across the team.
