The Role

As one of our first Product Leads, you will be the visionary behind our Agentic AI product strategy and execution. You’ll be a hands-on leader who doesn’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to work alongside engineering, design, and customer teams. In a fast-paced startup environment, you will spearhead product innovation, drive rapid iteration, and ensure that our product remains the market leader in healthcare AI.

What You’ll Do
  • Define & Execute Product Strategy: Develop a forward-thinking product roadmap aligned with Sully.ai’s mission and growth objectives.

  • Drive Product Innovation: Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of cutting-edge features that solve real-world healthcare challenges.

  • Hands-On Leadership: Actively engage with product development—prototype, test, and iterate quickly alongside cross-functional teams.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather and analyze user feedback to shape product enhancements and ensure a seamless experience for healthcare providers.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to integrate market insights and accelerate product development.

  • Launch & Scale: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and scaling—ensuring we consistently exceed market expectations.

  • Market Evangelism: Represent Sully.ai at industry events and conferences, sharing our vision and establishing our thought leadership in healthcare innovation.

Who You Are

You are a dynamic, high-ownership leader with a track record of building and scaling products in fast-moving environments. You thrive on innovation, excel at collaboration, and are passionate about transforming how healthcare is delivered.

Must-Have Experience

Startup Expertise: You have been a founding member or a key early hire in a startup, ideally within a sub-20 person team, where you’ve built product functions from the ground up.
Proven Product Leader: A history of designing, launching, and scaling products that deliver tangible business results.
Hands-On Innovator: You’re not afraid to get in the trenches—prototype, iterate, and pivot quickly as needed.
Customer Focused: Deep experience in understanding and addressing customer pain points, translating insights into product excellence.
Strategic Thinker: Skilled at balancing long-term vision with immediate execution, driving both incremental and breakthrough innovations.

Bonus Points If You...
  • Have direct experience in AI sector.

  • Possess a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance challenges in healthcare.

  • Have a robust network within the technology, healthcare, or digital health communities.

  • Are experienced with data-driven product management and lean development methodologies.

  • Product Management Platforms: Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for agile product development.

  • Analytics & Data: Tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or comparable solutions to drive product insights.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Slack, Zoom, and other modern platforms that enable seamless remote teamwork.

  • Prototyping & Design: Familiarity with design tools and user testing platforms to iterate on product ideas.
