About the Company

Industrious is the largest premium workplace-as-a-service provider and home to the highest-rated workplaces in the industry. Everything we do comes down to creating great days for teams of all sizes and stages — including our own.

We believe that the quality of your work experience is shaped by who you work with and how you collaborate. We’re a team of thoughtful, curious, and motivated people who enjoy building together, solving complex challenges, and celebrating the wins along the way.

Great days also start when everyone can be their authentic selves. Diversity of backgrounds, identities, and perspectives is core to who we are and how we build. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where individuality is celebrated and everyone has space to thrive.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Lead to own and grow our Non-Private Office (NPO) coworking products. This is a physical product and revenue leadership role, not a traditional software product management position. You will build and operate real-world offerings such as coworking memberships, meeting rooms, day passes, and other innovative products.

How teams gather and collaborate in person is evolving: how often they meet, where they choose to work, and how they want to connect are all shifting.

This high-impact role will be at the center of shaping how our Non-Private Office (NPO) products adapt to support individuals and teams in the years ahead. They’ll develop new membership types, in addition to managing the existing NPO product set (Access, Virtual Memberships, Meeting Rooms, and Day Passes). You’ll be directly responsible for the revenue of the NPO business.

You’ll report directly to our Senior Director, Coworking New Products, and will work closely with our Chief Product Officer. You think using our product and spending time with customers in the office is an important part of running our business. If you’re successful, you’ll be a key part of making the future of work a reality.

This role is a hybrid role and you’ll spend 2-3 days a week in the office spending time with our customers. Strong preference for NYC, Boston, or Austin based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth
  • Own the revenue streams for our Non-Private Office (NPO) products in North America. You’ll deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, including dynamic ones, for our memberships and products including our On Demand and membership products.

  • Leverage AI to expand and streamline our sales pipelines to drive results.

  • Partner with Area Sales leads and Member Experience Managers to drive NPO sales and to deliver on the product.

  • Directly support or lead sales as needed (e.g. enterprise clients, broker-referred leads, high revenue impact).

  • Manage our highest impact accounts and partner with the operations team to support them in delivering an incredible experience to our most complex NPO customers.

Drive business performance through data and analytics
  • Use data sets (both quantitative and qualitative) to drive insights on our business and future product development.

  • Establish and track toward our NPO OKRs for NPO performance.

  • Analyze performance trends to tell the story of the needs of our customers and our members. Share insights with the rest of the company that drive decision making.

  • Gather qualitative feedback from members through conversations and analysis of data sets to really understand the needs of our customers.

Product Execution & Operations
  • Lead the execution and roll-out of new membership and product pilots and launches iterating rapidly based on user feedback and financial performance.

  • Work with our Design and Unit Operations teams to make physical product improvements that will optimize our NPO product experience and growth.

  • Support in defining the Digital Product roadmap for NPO products, specifically focusing on tools for pricing, booking, and member experience. Own the day to day execution of product roll outs in partnership with the digital team.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the key subject matter expert for NPO products, and manage all NPO related projects and initiatives across multiple departments.

  • Work closely with our G2M team to successfully deploy new product types, and to gather feedback for product iteration.

  • As the revenue owner for NPO, you’ll partner with our FP&A and Accounting teams to manage reporting and forecast annual revenue.

You’ll love this role if..
  • You like operating in physical environments and solving operational problems on the ground — not just designing solutions in software.

  • You get excited about there being more questions than answers when it comes to a new product or problem. You don’t mind taking the first pass at something and getting feedback.

  • You like talking to customers directly to understand how they work and what matters to them, and thinking creatively (aka beyond our current product set) to figure out how we might meet those needs, even the unspoken ones.

  • You’re great at working with cross-functional partners to solve tricky problems and you leave smiles not burn marks in your wake

This role isn’t for you if…
  • You find ambiguity overwhelming

  • Having an SOP is a really important for you to operate your business

  • You love designing solutions and products for our customers, but you don’t want to be the person leading the change management to launch those products and operating those products and iterating on them once they’re in the wild.

  • You know that working cross-functionally drains your energy (even if you also know it’s important)

What You Bring to the Table:

The strongest candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of senior-level operating experience in multi-unit management positions in F&B, retail, hospitality, or other high-growth or scaled, consumer-facing environments.

  • Proven cross-functional execution; you’ve successfully led complex initiatives and projects across multiple departments (e.g., Tech, Operations, Finance) and delivered measurable results.

  • Financial fluency; you are comfortable reading a P&L, can build a business case for new products, and anticipate the business implications of strategic decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills. You are proficient in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Excel) and have a proven ability to turn complex datasets into a clear human story.

  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with a bias for action and a track record of driving tactical deployment and execution in an operational setting.

Compensation:

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $120,000 and $140,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual 12.5% bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program.

Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package for this role. Other great perks and benefits include heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, 401k plan, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and company policies.

Equal Employment Opportunity:

Industrious is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity. We have a long-standing commitment to providing equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, veteran status, political belief, or any other basis protected by applicable law.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
