The RoleAs Product Lead, Core App AI at OnePay, you’ll drive the development of groundbreaking consumer financial tools powered by AI. You will play a central role in shaping how OnePay integrates intelligent, trusted experiences into our core product offerings—helping users make smarter, faster, and more confident financial decisions.
You will:Build and scale new consumer AI products from 0→1, with a focus on engagement, trust, and usability.
Lead product development from early exploration through launch—navigating ambiguity and setting a clear vision while driving execution.
Translate customer needs into product requirements that embed AI where it creates real, repeatable value, while keeping the experience simple and human.
Partner with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional leaders to deliver seamless, agent-like experiences.
Use data and insights to iterate quickly, optimize retention, and drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
Balance innovation and scale—making tough trade-offs, prioritizing effectively, and setting the roadmap for long-term success.
10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on consumer-facing products where AI, personalization, or conversational technologies were core.
A track record of shipping AI agents, companions, chatbots, or recommendation-driven products—ideally from concept through scale.
Experience building sticky, high-engagement consumer products where retention, daily use, or relationship health were key success metrics.
Strong 0→1 ownership—you’ve built new products from scratch, taken them to market, and iterated based on adoption and feedback.
A technical foundation (engineering background or equivalent) that enables deep collaboration with AI/ML teams and informed decision-making.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, structure open-ended problems, and move quickly in fast-changing environments.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; you’ve worked hand-in-hand with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners.
A consumer-obsessed mindset with deep empathy for everyday financial challenges, paired with the drive to deliver solutions that feel personal, helpful, and trustworthy.
