Job Title: Product Launch Marketing Specialist 

Reporting To: SVP, Demand Generation 

Location: Remote, USA

Job Summary: PTC is seeking a dynamic and Product Launch Marketing Specialist to lead our product launch marketing efforts globally. This role is a key team player and oversees our product launch programs globally, with the goal of building a program to harmonize all product launches to a twice per year cadence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Launch Program Plan: Plan, build and execute our product launch program in collaboration with product marketing and product teams. 

  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation marketing strategies tailored to each product launch, to announce the updated feature set and capabilities to market. 

  • Execution: Lead the execution of product launch marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets. 

  • Marketing Communications and PR/AR Support: Working with our PR and AR teams to ensure updates to products are communicated at product launch 

  • Event Support: Work closely with the global event teams to include all of the content, presentations and communication happens at our two key product launch events each year (EMEA and US). 

  • Channel Ready Programs: Ensure that the campaigns created are ready for the Partner Marketing team to distribute to our channel partners so they can also leverage the campaigns 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

  • Program Management: Collaborate with product marketing and the wider growth teams to ensure synchronization with ongoing marketing campaigns and inclusion of product launch activities in the wider Growth Marketing plans 

  • Product Launch Planning: Ensure that all of the product and product marketing teams are providing all of the information and messaging required in order to meet the deadlines for product launch to happen successfully 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. 

  • Outside-In view:Stay connected to PTC’s customers and the market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in each region. 

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI for senior management and key stakeholders 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in demand generation and product marketing. 

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English 

  • Project Management: A strong project and program management skillset is essential for this role 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the PLM and CAD sectors preferable, with large enterprise B2B experience a must 

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Product Marketing: A customer-centric approach, with an understanding of the product launch process would be ideal 

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $85,000-90,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus. Additionally, every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of PTC’s benefits programs, employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave policies, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and a generous commuter subsidy
