This person will be responsible for understanding products, segments, competitive trends as well as marketing and creative developments. They will be fully integrated into the development cycle of all brand assets including digital, social, website, CRM, print, retail and digital brochure, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring accuracy and effective messaging in all customer facing content, dealer training materials, press releases and dealer order guides
- Review and provide feedback and approval in every round of content and training material review for all deliverables for vehicle nameplates.
- Liaison with Product Marketing and Engineering to develop deep product knowledge and support content creation.
- Liaison with Product Marketing, Engineering, Safety and Legal to develop marketing claims and ensure affidavits are effectively tracked and managed.
- Identify compliance concerns with assets in the initial stages and provide creative resolve with our Agency, Legal and Safety teams.
- Review and provide product accuracy feedback and approval in UDM (Universal Data Model) data and CGI reviews.
- Liaison with Design to secure missing UDM (Universal Data Model) data required for creation of CGI assets.
- Conduct annual model year carryover asset review and provide direction for updates.
- Support asset integration requirements for GM Asset Central and participate in GMAC audits for asset maintenance and compliance.
- Responsible for managing the marketing fleet, developing efficiencies, and ensuring proper processes and policies are in place.
- Participate in Global Naming Council.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Thorough understanding of and experience working in the automotive business sector preferred.
- Ability to work well in a complex team environment including managing multiple assignments utilizing highly efficient time management skills.
- Possess the functional/technical knowledge and skill to perform marketing duties at a high level of accomplishment.
- High level of technical and analytical ability.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Ability to synthesize data into critical information.
- High level of expertise within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
