The opportunity
We’re excited to welcome a proactive and impact-driven individual to join our newly formed Product Enablement team within Unity’s Ads Platform division. In this role, you will focus on executing tactical solutions that help developers and businesses in the Unity ecosystem achieve their growth and monetization goals, all while ensuring player satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful initiatives that unlock value for our users. What you'll be doing

  • Drive the execution of product growth initiatives that optimize performance and deliver tangible results for Unity’s customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and business objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics to uncover actionable insights that enhance product adoption and boost ROI for our customers.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles across the user journey to deliver a seamless and impactful experience for Unity users.
  • Support efforts to increase adoption and engagement with Unity's product offerings, contributing to long-term customer retention.
  • Partner with Product Managers to understand product functionality and benefits, assisting with tactical positioning and messaging.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to help identify risks and opportunities for product growth.
  • Craft customer-focused data-driven communication strategies, including marketing messaging and incident responses, tailored to different user segments and stages in their journey.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Product Growth Manager or in a client-facing role with highly technical products
  • Experience in mobile advertising and a solid understanding of the Adtech ecosystem
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Experience conducting market research to support product and growth strategy decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and a focus on execution
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including working with tools like Excel and Looker
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and engage diverse audiences, including C-level

You might also have

  • Hands-on experience with SQL or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Unity’s advertising solutions, such as Unity Ads or LevelPlay
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
