Are you passionate about driving growth for Microsoft's next wave of Agentic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions? We are seeking a Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and execute the Americas GTM strategy for Agentic CRM, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Copilot and agent-powered CRM scenarios, and competitive positioning across the modern customer engagement stack. This role is pivotal in accelerating CRM growth, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and building repeatable sales success across the region. You will play a critical role in landing the next wave of agentic CRM wins, developing scalable win formulas, and enabling a highly skilled field organization to position and sell the value of Microsoft's modern CRM portfolio at scale.

As part of the Americas Business Applications Programs GTM team within Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O), you will translate Microsoft's worldwide commercial strategy into actionable regional execution plans, drive operational excellence, and champion a culture of ownership, agility, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, competitive acumen, and field engagement to drive measurable business impact across one of Microsoft's most strategic solution areas.

We are part of the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization with the objective of engineering scale and consistency across go-to-market strategy, operations, customer and partner experience. The Sales Enablement & Operations team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft's worldwide commercial strategy into regional execution plans, with this role specifically focused on accelerating Agentic CRM growth, field readiness, and cross-product strategy execution.

You will drive go-to-market design, field enablement, and growth strategies focused on increasing Dynamics 365 CRM pipeline, accelerating agentic CRM adoption, expanding customer engagement workloads, and building scalable competitive plays across all major competitors and regions. You will work closely with Worldwide and select Operating Units to unlock growth opportunities within Microsoft's existing customer base while serving as a trusted CRM and compete expert for the broader Business Applications portfolio.

You will be responsible for developing repeatable sales motions, enabling field readiness, and creating effective strategies to land new product narratives at scale. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities for Dynamics 365 Sales, and agent-powered workflows to serve as strategic onramps into broader CRM modernization and AI transformation. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional orchestration across Copilot, Agents, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, Security, Field Sales, Enterprise Partner Sales (EPS), Central Marketing Organization (CMO), and Worldwide (WW) teams to drive integrated product strategies, field alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

While you will serve as a key advocate for Microsoft Agentic CRM and associated growth motions, your primary deliverable is building and executing strategies that deliver sustainable revenue impact, strengthen Microsoft's competitive position, and accelerate adoption of Microsoft's CRM and agentic AI-powered offerings.
