Job Description:

About Us
We are a leading global media agency shaping the future of content, advertising, and audience engagement across platforms. Our product organization builds innovative solutions for clients worldwide, combining data, technology, and creativity.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Frontend Engineer who operates at the intersection of user experience, product thinking, and engineering. You’ll partner closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams to design and build intuitive, scalable applications that bring complex AI-driven capabilities to life.

This role involves owning features end-to-end — shaping user flows, contributing to technical decisions, and delivering high-quality experiences. You’ll act as a thought partner, helping raise the bar for frontend quality while collaborating across product, design, and engineering.

We encourage thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and ship user-facing features from concept through production

  • Partner with product and design to shape workflows, interactions, and technical approaches

  • Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decision-making

  • Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and data services

  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code

  • Ensure strong performance, accessibility, and reliability

  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve development efficiency

  • Engage in technical discussions and contribute ideas that improve outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–7+ years building modern web applications in product or data-rich environments

  • Experience owning features end-to-end and contributing to technical direction

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and modern CSS

  • Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks

  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance

  • Experience integrating APIs and working with complex data flows

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

  • Experience using AI coding assistants and evaluating generated code

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with complex application workflows

  • Exposure to design systems or component libraries

  • Experience working on AI or ML-driven products

What Success Looks Like

  • Builds context quickly and contributes to technical and product discussions

  • Shares ownership of delivering high-quality features

  • Improves frontend patterns and developer experience

What We Value
Ownership, curiosity, pragmatic problem solving, collaboration, and focus on delivering real user value.

Education
Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
