As an Product Engagement Director within JPMorganChase, you will lead efforts to enhance product scalability, supportability, and commercialization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster strong relationships and drive alignment with business objectives. Your strategic leadership will guide the team towards innovation and continuous improvement, making a real difference in our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to ensure comprehensive product coverage, aligning with company considerations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product scalability, supportability, and commercialization.
- Serve as the primary liaison between product and company operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential client and employee friction points.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing across departments to enhance product engagement.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new internal and external opportunities for product and business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
- Develop and present business cases for new initiatives to senior leadership.
- Provide visionary leadership to the product engagement team, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior product management or engagement role, preferably at the executive director level.
- Strong understanding of product scalability, supportability, and commercialization principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful product engagement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
