Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more).  Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $25 billion by 2027.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Enablement Manager to lead our efforts in educating technical users — both customers and partners — on how to successfully use and adopt the Cato platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, education, and customer success, and plays a key part in ensuring that our users get the most value out of our solutions.

You will own the Product Enablement end-to-end: from self-paced eLearning courses and live webinars to interactive hands-on labs and a growing certification program. You will lead a small team of content creators and work closely with product managers, Support Engineers, and partner teams to deliver scalable, engaging, and technically deep learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the enablement strategy for technical users (customers and partners), aligned with product roadmap and adoption goals.
  • Manage and scale a portfolio of enablement formats, including:
  • Online self-paced courses (eLearning)
  • Live and recorded webinars
  • Hands-on lab environments
  • Technical certification program
  • Lead the certification program, including curriculum development, exam design, platform/vendor management, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Partner teams to ensure content accuracy and impact.
  • Manage a team of instructional designers, content developers, or contractors as needed.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve course quality, learner engagement, and certification relevance.
  • Champion the voice of the technical user, ensuring enablement content meets real-world needs in both depth and usability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product enablement, technical training, or technical content development in cybersecurity, networking, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of technical personas (e.g., network engineers, security architects, IT administrators).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and scaling eLearning programs and certification paths.
  • Experience with learning platforms (LMS/LXP), lab platforms, and webinar tools.
  • Excellent project management and content strategy skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to manage a global team in different geo locations.
  • Passion for translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
