Summer Internship 2026:
The Nextech Summer Internship Program provides opportunity for those early in their career to encounter a breadth of experience in the fast-paced medical software Industry.
We have many departments looking to hire an intern this summer. Some include and are not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Software Development, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management.
The program is approximately 10-12 weeks long; starting June 2nd and continuing through August 7th.
This is a paid internship. Interns may work up to 28 hours per week. Weekly schedules will be decided on depending on the manager and their department.
Our Talent Acquisition team will be reviewing resumes periodically and will be reaching out for interviews in the coming weeks (please review selection process below).
Essential Functions
- Support product release management activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and readiness across cross-functional teams.
- Assist with product delivery execution by coordinating timelines, program plans, and communication across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Contribute to early adopter and pilot programs, including intake tracking, feedback synthesis, and reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff on product operations initiatives such as process improvement, cadence management, and operational reporting.
- Prepare materials for product reviews, leadership updates, and roadmap discussions.
- Maintain product documentation, trackers, and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in product development, program management, and technology organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in program management, product management, or operations.
- Familiarity with agile or product development lifecycles.
- Experience preparing materials for leadership audiences.
- Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Remote
- Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
