About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to work on the Injective web products, and DAPPs. This is an outstanding opportunity to work fully hands-on in DeFi. The ideal candidate will be able to map out a diverse set of creative solutions and work with leadership to help craft Injective's products.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches

  • Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and impact our product execution and quality.

  • Partnering closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges

  • Listening to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers

  • Rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

Who you are:
  • 3+ years in a UI/UX design role (experience at a consumer fintech company is preferred)

  • Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products

  • Experience developing wireframes and prototypes

  • Experience contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems

  • Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, and cross-functional team

  • Excellent Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

  • Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics

  • Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design (layout, typography, color)

  • A portfolio that demonstrates love and care for their craft

  • A passion for building and creating in a fast paced, start up environment

Preferred:
  • Previous experience working in the crypto space

  • Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX)
