About us

We’re building the interactive visual layer for AI with our own real-time, on-device generative animation model. We bring virtual characters to life, making them truly interactive and taking human-AI communication to the next level. It’s a whole new way for AI to feel alive and present. Built by ex-Meta engineers and production artists, we’re pushing the frontier of empathetic, real-time characters.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join us at the start of our journey. As a key member of the team, you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership to shape the product vision and strategy for both mobile and web platforms. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the user experience, design systems, and visual language of a cutting-edge product.

While you'll receive strong support from the team, this role offers a high degree of autonomy - we’re looking for someone who thrives in independent work, enjoys ownership, and is excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-growing startup.

What you’ll do

  • Prototype, test, and iterate - you’re not just pushing pixels; you’re solving real user problems.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to refine the product vision and strategy.

  • Transform research insights, feedback, analytics, and user testing into innovative concepts and interactive prototypes.

  • Design detailed workflows, high-quality mockups, and intuitive user interfaces.

  • Work side-by-side with engineers to perfect implementation.

  • Build and maintain a cohesive design system to create an exceptional user experience.

  • Jump into brand visuals and marketing when needed - we love designers who go beyond the screen.

We’d love to hear from you if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that proves it.

  • Experience in startups or early-stage companies is a plus, as is the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change.

  • You communicate clearly - no ego, no drama, just great ideas and collaboration.

  • Proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and manage your own projects.

  • You believe in simple, elegant solutions - complexity is the enemy of great design.

  • English proficiency (minimum B1) to collaborate effectively with the team, plus conversational skills in Russian, Ukrainian, or Belarusian, as these are currently our primary internal languages.

What We Offer

  • Remote work flexibility across Europe.

  • Top-of-the-line hardware - we’ll provide the latest MacBook or any equipment you need to do your best work.

  • Coworking space coverage, if you prefer working from a coworking space in your location.

  • The chance to work on cutting-edge AI technology and shape the future of AI-driven animation and communication.

  • A collaborative, highly talented team of engineers, artists, and innovators.

Key traits we value

  1. Responsibility and Ownership: You take pride in your work, maintain high standards, and own the outcomes of your decisions.

  2. Proactivity and Initiative: You seek solutions, propose ideas, and take the lead on challenges.

  3. Focus and Consistency: You prioritise steady progress and consistent results over one-off efforts.

  4. Collaboration and Openness: You communicate honestly, respect your team, and thrive in an environment of mutual trust.

  5. Effective Communication and Problem-Solving: You articulate ideas clearly, break down complex problems into actionable steps, and keep things simple where possible.

Recruitment Process

  1. Portfolio review - we’ll carefully review your portfolio to understand your design approach, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

  2. HR Interview - a conversation to discuss your experience, motivations, and cultural fit.

  3. Interview with the Product team - a deep dive into your design thinking and collaboration style with our product team.

Ready to shape the future with us? Apply now and show us your portfolio - we can't wait to see your work!

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
