In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Work with top design and cross-functional peers to grow your design craft and influence.
- Push the envelope; design to explore, experiment, and learn.
- Impact how teams around the world work by contributing to, and executing on, a compelling customer-centric vision.
- Work across our key surfaces, enabling customers to collaborate with their teammates when and where they work.
- Partner with our Research and Data Analytics teams to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform the experience.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience on a product team working towards impactful outcomes, using design thinking methods informed by user empathy, data, and challenged through testing and iteration
- ~3-5 years of professional Product design experience, ideally with exposure to product-led growth contexts/experimentation
- Hands-on experience across the entire end-to-end design process, from early-stage research to iteration and implementation.
- Visual and Interaction Design: High proficiency in visual design, flows, and interaction design.
- Research and Testing: Experience in conducting primary research and usability testing.
- Design Systems: Expertise in using design systems and creating Figma components.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Accessibility: Subject matter expertise in accessibility on web platforms and experience with assistive technologies.
- Prototyping: Skills in creating interactive prototypes to validate design decisions and storytell.
