We’re looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces and pushing the boundaries of design innovation. This role is perfect for someone who obsesses over the details, balances function with form, and thrives on owning the design process end-to-end. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to craft experiences that delight our players and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of product design execution across mobile and web.
- Design modern, visually engaging, and highly functional user interfaces.
- Rapidly iterate on concepts and prototypes to test and evolve ideas.
- Create eye-catching marketing and brand assets for campaigns, ads, and social.
- Develop scalable design solutions and contribute to our design system.
- Partner cross-functionally to influence product decisions from ideation to launch.
- Stay ahead of design trends, sports culture, and gaming aesthetics to keep our product fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-time experience designing consumer-facing products (mobile and web).
- A strong portfolio showcasing both visual design craft and product thinking.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
- Ability to own the design process end-to-end, from wireframes to polished visuals.
- Sharp attention to detail with strong foundations in UI/UX design.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in sports, gaming, or entertainment products.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping, motion design, or animation.
- Degree in HCI, Media Design, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
Our target compensation for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience. If your compensation expectations exceed this range, we still encourage you to apply. We're a growing company, and we’re open to evaluating the level and scope of this position.
