Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights that inform UX design decisions.
  • Analyze user behaviors and translate research insights into actionable UX improvements.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both mobile and web fintech banking applications.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to effectively communicate design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the Lead Product Designer to ensure cohesive and high-quality design outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging UX/UI trends, design tools, and technologies relevant to the fintech industry.
  • Ensure all designs align with accessibility standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements within the financial sector.
  • Translate complex financial functionalities into user-friendly interactions, balancing usability and aesthetics.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on mobile and web applications.
  • Solid experience handling UX and UI projects independently from concept to delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, and familiarity with other relevant design software.
  • Experience in UX research methodologies such as usability testing, user interviews, and user journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of web UI development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with fintech or banking is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (written and oral).
    The Ideal Person:
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative team player who values clear communication and teamwork.
  • Creative, innovative, and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
