Overview
As an Associate (601) within the Product Delivery & Project Management team, you will provide advanced project support to large-scale product initiatives and independently manage smaller product & technology-related projects that drive business objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Delivery Project Management, you will work closely with VPs and other senior leaders, leveraging your project management expertise to deliver product & technology solutions, resolve issues, and achieve results. This role is ideal for professionals with a track record of managing projects and a commitment to advancing their project management skills, including obtaining a PMP certification if not already held. The Associate is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, proactively identifying and driving initiatives to completion.

601 - Associate, Product Delivery Project Management

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support to major product & technology programs & initiatives, including project planning, coordination, and execution across the product lifecycle
- Independently manage smaller projects or complex workstreams, from initiation through launch and post-launch, with limited oversight
- Develop and maintain product project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, risk logs, JIRA deliverables and status reports
- Analyze business processes and customer needs, gather requirements, and document user stories to inform product & technology solutions and enhancements
- Conduct data analysis to support product decision-making and measure project and product outcomes
- Identify, track, and escalate product project risks and issues; drive resolution in partnership with stakeholders
- Lead or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), product commercialization, and post-launch activities for assigned projects
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives
- Prepare and deliver clear project updates and presentations to stakeholders and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business, technology, and design groups, to achieve project goals
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership by proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving product projects forward independently
- Commitment to Professional Development: If not already held, actively work towards obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Candidate Requirements
- College or university degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in product project management or related roles, with a proven track record of independently managing product or technology projects or significant product workstreams
- Experience supporting large-scale product initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with limited oversight
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and accountability
- Commitment to pursuing a PMP certification if not already obtained
