As a Product Engineer in the AI/ML Solutions team, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business success. You help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while supporting the firm's strategic objectives.
Job responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data solutions to support business growth and efficiency
• Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver data product solutions aligned with business objectives
• Evaluates and adopts emerging data technologies to enhance data capabilities
• Engages with data owners to understand and prioritize data demands, improving process flows through reporting and analysis
• Develops data product ideas by understanding analytics needs and facilitating data-driven decision-making
• Documents data requirements and models data for efficient querying and use in large language models

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Expertise in data technologies including analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, data warehousing, data management, and AWS cloud solutions
• Experience in Databricks and DBT for data transformation and modeling
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation in Snowflake, Datalake, or AWS Athena
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools
• Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Knowledge of data governance and best practices
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or CJA
• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills
