- Own and oversee creation of high-impact narratives for keynote presentations, product videos, and marketing materials that transform complex technical innovations into compelling, accessible stories for diverse audiences
- Partner with product management to align narratives with roadmaps while collaborating deep within R&D to uncover and craft compelling product stories that enable marketing and sales success
- Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, style guidelines, and content standards that ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels and touchpoints
- Enable cross-functional content creation - Build scalable processes and templates that empower product teams to efficiently create on-brand content across various channels and formats
- Rapidly absorb complex product capabilities, use cases, and market positioning to become a trusted technical storytelling partner across the organization
