Job Description:

   

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Launch Program Manager to join our dynamic product and solutions marketing team. In this role, you will support and drive end-to-end program management for product and solution launches. You’ll work closely with product marketers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure launch readiness, alignment on strategy, and flawless execution of all launch-related activities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the program management of product and solution launches, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partner with product marketing to manage launch plans, calendars, and cross-functional coordination across product, communications, sales, enablement, operations, and creative teams.
  • Track key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across all launch activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to timelines.
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and campaign plans in alignment with launch goals.
  • Organize and facilitate regular launch check-ins, status meetings, and post-launch reviews, providing clear documentation and accountability.
  • Manage internal launch communications, documentation, and resources to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, timelines, and tracking tools to monitor launch readiness and overall marketing program progress.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets required for launch.
  • Continuously optimize launch processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or marketing operations—preferably in a product marketing or go-to-market environment
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, solution launches, and cross-functional coordination
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Proven mastery of project and program management principles, practices, methodologies, tactics and tools
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, offering categories, and company offerings and strategy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to build, manage, and influence virtual teams
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside of the company
  • Strong influencing and consensus-building skills
  • Proficient in project management tools, specifically Smartsheet, and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Slack)

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
  • Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with traditional and agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience supporting M&A or product integration-related launches is a plus.

Complexity: High – Deals with highly complicated strategic/tactical issues; interfaces with senior marketing management, senior cross-functional/cross- organizational management, senior marketing partner management and end customers.

USD Annual Salary: $115,500.00 - $266,000.00
