Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product, the Product Analyst will support the Essentials User and Organization Security team and collaborate with various scrum teams across the organization to support and ensure that product standards and metrics are being met. This associate will be working with stakeholders to coordinate and attend meetings, triage production support issues, generate reporting details, etc. This associate will have independent project work, as well as work collaboratively with their team daily to provide updates and ensure that everyone is on track with meeting the overall roadmap expectations.

To be qualified for this position, you:

  • Have 2 years of related experience in a technology (information exchange) and/or healthcare environment from the payer or provider side.

  • Have a bachelor’s degree. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Have strong attention to detail.

  • Have strong problem-solving skills.

  • Have excellent communication skills – you are able to speak on both a business and technical level and interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

  • Have experience analyzing large data sets and making informed recommendations based on that analysis.

  • Have experience with Jira and Confluence.

  • Have experience with Microsoft products.

  • Have experience working in an Agile environment.

What will set you apart:

  • You have experience with SQL and Amazon Quicksight.

  • You have experience with Pendo.

  • You have experience building, analyzing, and presenting reports.

  • You have experience working in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of user roles and permissions within products featuring multi-level hierarchical architecture.

What you will be doing:

  • Working with scrum teams as needed to assist with clarifying requirements, answering questions, and removing barriers

  • Analyzing and handling production support work.

  • Research, collect, and analyze data on customers' behaviors.

  • Use data analysis and insights to evaluate and suggest product and operational improvements.

  • Perform market research and analyze market data, identifying target user behaviors and trends.

  • Monitor product performance.

  • At times assisting and/or filling in for the Product Owner on update calls and project work.

  • Writing documentation about the functionality of the product.

  • Writing data dictionaries
