Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer to join our growing team!
The producer is a licensed representative who receives authorization to solicit, negotiate, or sell insurance according to the needs and requirements of clients. Selling of new business and renewal of existing clients are requirements of this position.
How You Will Contribute:
Find, develop, propose, and bind new business.
Renew existing clients every year
Cross sell corporate client’s insurance policy’s
To assist office staff in collection of required coverage information and collection of necessary deposit and renewal premiums
Other duties as assigned
Licenses and Certifications:
220 Insurance License (or obtained within 90 days of employment)
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Prior Sales Experience (Preferred)
