Manage multiple web and digital platform projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget management, and effective client communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Production Team is instrumental in forging and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders and managing consistently successful delivery with interdisciplinary teams. Ideally, you have experience running website, mobile or digital platform development projects (including content management systems), from inception to launch and beyond. You have a strong project management skill set and you are a great communicator, thoughtful collaborator and a client partner.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage multiple accounts or initiatives concurrently (an average of 4-6 accounts)
- Establish appropriate client meeting schedules, manage agendas and manage meetings (internal and external) to keep teams on task and focused and follow each meeting with clear notes, action items, and next steps
- Act as an end-user of the website or platform helping the team understand the experience from a non-technical perspective
- Manage regular client status meetings to ensure that delivery is on track
- Identify, manage and proactively solve project issues: budget management, project delays, resourcing, team morale, team output, creative decisions and technical hurdles
- Build comprehensive project timelines with all the required steps and deliverables based on the scope of work
- Actively manage and report percentage or milestone completeness
- Assist in the contracting, contract renewal and change order management processes
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, know how to get things done
- Experience managing budgets 6-to-7-figure annual budgets
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum process in an agency environment
- Experience with client management (both internal and external) on scope and delivery
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at various stages of completion and motivating and driving a project team to success (typically 4-6)
- Experience working closely with software/web development to balance technical, product and business trade-offs
- Experience working on web projects supported by a content management system (eg. WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
- Experience delivering digital products, including responsive websites
- Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with distributed teams across global time zones
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console to access and analyze data and provide recommendations
- Experience using Airtable, Keynote and Figma
The target range of base compensation for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
