The Crown Is Yours
As a Producer at DraftKings, you will be responsible for the creation of live programming for the DraftKings Network, as well as additional post-produced content for the DraftKings Video Team. In this role, you will manage detailed aspects of production, brainstorm new segment ideas and content, and work closely with on-air talent, production partners, and technical personnel. DraftKings Network airs live programming 7 days a week, so please note that this position requires night and weekend work, in addition to some weekdays.
What you'll do as a Producer
- Produce live shows with content focused around sports, sports betting, and fantasy sports on multiple digital platforms, including the DraftKings Network.
- Contribute to the editorial process by generating segment ideas based on noteworthy sports storylines and themes relevant to the DraftKings brand.
- Organize the schedule of analysts and guests that appear on the show.
- Write and approve scripts, build and approve graphics. and create the show's rundown.
- Edit and approve video, including sound bytes and b-roll.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on execution of in-show elements, and with other editorial stakeholders on various in-house initiatives.
- Partner with other Producers to develop stringent editorial review and fact-checking processes to ensure content is accurate upon release.
- Participate in developing and maintaining workflows for the team.
- Work as a team alongside other Producers and provide coverage when necessary based on scheduling conflicts.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience producing a live studio television show.
- Sports, sports betting, and fantasy sports knowledge is required.
- Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing content production environment
- Well-organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to effectively collaborate teams across the organization.
- Experience with Ross Video systems is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,240.00 - $99,360.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
