Job Description SummaryThe Procurement Tendering Manager (PTM) is the leader of the sourcing related inputs for all 60 Hz MSD tenders. The PTM is the point of contact for all sourcing data and standards for the ITO process. The objective of this position is to establish a robust and competitive sourcing plan.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead robust and competitive sourcing plans for tenders, providing vendor list, ensuring accurate costing and cycle times.
  • Serve as the primary contact for sourcing data and standards throughout the ITO process
  • Collaborate with strategic sourcing, engineering, and finance to maintain up-to-date product cost databases
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation in the ITO stage; provide actionable feedback to sales and proposal teams
  • Oversee the RFQ process for tenders, evaluate supplier offers, and secure cost solidity.
  • Capture and integrate lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future tendering.
  • Facilitate seamless handovers between Tender and Project Execution teams.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sourcing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and/or Supply Chain (Power Industry preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with sourcing and procurement in complex, technical environments.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must reside in a Central or Eastern time zone state (CST / EST)

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $ 94,600.00 - 126,100.00 .  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.  This posting is expected to close on September 16, 2025, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
