Procurement Tendering Manager – 60 Hz MSD

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead robust and competitive sourcing plans for tenders, providing vendor list, ensuring accurate costing and cycle times.
• Serve as the primary contact for sourcing data and standards throughout the ITO process
• Collaborate with strategic sourcing, engineering, and finance to maintain up-to-date product cost databases
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation in the ITO stage; provide actionable feedback to sales and proposal teams
• Oversee the RFQ process for tenders, evaluate supplier offers, and secure cost solidity.
• Capture and integrate lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future tendering.
• Facilitate seamless handovers between Tender and Project Execution teams.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Sourcing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and/or Supply Chain (Power Industry preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with sourcing and procurement in complex, technical environments.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must reside in a Central or Eastern time zone state (CST / EST)

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $ 94,600.00 - 126,100.00 .  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. ​ This posting is expected to close on September 16, 2025, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
