As a Procurement Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role within the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team. Your responsibilities will include providing support for various procurement systems, maintenance, and enhancements. Additionally, you will assist in automating financial and payable payments processes and ensuring compliance reporting. Your contributions will be pivotal in helping the Procure to Pay financial team scale efficiently and effectively.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Gain knowledge about various procurement system tools such as Coupa, NetSuite, ZipHQ & Navan
• Assist with all procurement system aspects including configuration, administration, compliance controls, report writing, and other tasks
• Analyze and improve procurement processes using various systems and technologies.
• Create and manage documentation for system configurations and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards regarding procurement processes.
• Collaborate with other Global Technology Solutions teams to ensure alignment, integration, and integrity of the financial systems & processes.
• Work with our Procurement Team to evaluate procedures and suggest improvements.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of experience working with & administering Coupa
• Coupa certification preferred
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems & controls
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc request

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$74,400 - $111,600 USD
