This role will focus on tactical procurement operations, ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining efficiency in purchasing workflows. - Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals in alignment with internal policies.
- Manage vendor relationships by addressing inquiries, following up on open items, and ensuring timely invoice payments.
- Support procurement transactions, including the intake, tracking, and management of contracts and invoices.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.
- Manage the processing of contracts and handle ad-hoc queries related to the contracting process.
- Open requisitions for internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with procurement requirements.
- Challenge non-compliant or unclear requisitions to ensure alignment with procurement best practices and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues.
- Utilize Excel and Workday for procurement reporting and data management.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or business operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactional workflows.
- Proficiency with procurement systems or ERP platforms (Workday experience is a plus).
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
