Job Overview:
We are looking for a Procurement Manager that will lead the execution of sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and supplier lifecycle management. This role will strategically manage the acquisition of goods/services, ensuring cost effectiveness, compliance with internal financial guidelines as well as regulatory requirements, and robust vendor management including vendor due diligence, ultimately supporting the firm’s strategic objectives and risk management.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business requirements and stakeholder priorities, delivering measurable benefits across cost, quality, service, and innovation
- Contract Management: Execute end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices. Leverage strong negotiation skills to support departmental leaders and lead negotiations when needed.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, managing all aspects from performance evaluation to contract negotiation and renewal ensuring competitive pricing and terms as well as timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and suppliers, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of escalations.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure procurement processes, systems, and methodologies are utilized in a compliant and ethical manner while driving consistency and continual improvement across operations
- Project Management and Reporting: Support the delivery of savings targets and other Key Performance Indicators aligned with business goals, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders
- Regularly review usage to align with actual needs, identifying opportunities to reduce costs by reallocating or terminating underutilized goods and services

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5+ years in purchasing or procurement
- Strong financial acumen, budget management, and analytical skills
- Expert negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and risk mitigation
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of planning strategies and solutions
- Highly proficient in computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Actively engages as a team member
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Client first attitude
- Occasional travel may be required

- Salary range for this role is $115,000-149,000
- Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point of market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and most importantly, performance in the job role.
