What you will do

This role supports technical operation process within the Self-care portfolio by:

Ensuring manufacturing processes are robust, compliant, well-characterized, validated, capable, and cost-effective throughout the product lifecycle.
Executing key process science activities, including technology transfer, process characterization, process validation, cleaning validation, and EM Site Hyper Care support.
Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and Global MS&T to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Supporting new product development and commercialization, product lifecycle management, and technical knowledge management.
Participating in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, quality improvement, compliance remediation, revenue growth, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, regulatory, data integrity, and training requirements while promoting a Right First Time and continuous improvement culture
