This role is pivotal in building and optimizing scalable, data-driven end-to-end business processes across supply chain and operations — from demand to supply, source to pay, and order to cash — as well as related quality and compliance processes.
This individual will play a key role in enabling operational excellence through process standardization, data integration, metrics development, and real-time performance monitoring, all in a highly complex and time-sensitive supply chain environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design & Documentation:

  • Map, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes (e.g., demand to supply,last-mile”, CMO Operations, source to pay, order to cash).

  • Standardize and formalize quality, compliance, and operational workflows across internal and external partners.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify process pain points and improvement opportunities.

  • Data & Analytics Strategy:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data map identifying all supply chain data sources, owners, and gaps.

  • Define, track, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational health.

  • Lead the design and development of centralized Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights across the supply chain.

  • Business Excellence & Transformation:

  • With Lean partners, drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean principles and data-driven methodologies.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Lean, Manufacturing, Quality, IT) and external partners (e.g., CMOs, radiopharmacies) to ensure alignment and execution of strategic process improvements.

  • Establish and govern data standards, processes, and frameworks to support high data integrity and transparency.

  • Project Leadership & Roadmap Development:

  • Deliver actionable recommendations and roadmaps to evolve the organization’s analytics maturity and infrastructure.

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on predictive analytics, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, business excellence, or operations in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing).

  • Proven experience with end-to-end process mapping, KPI development, and dashboarding tools (Power BI strongly preferred).

  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, particularly in a complex, time-sensitive, or decentralized environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, ideally including CMOs.

  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data integration across diverse systems.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals or PET tracers is a strong plus.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP certification.
