About the Summer Internship Program
Our 10–12 week Summer Internship Program is designed to help you climb higher and build the foundation for your career journey. Beyond your day-to-day project work, you’ll take part in signature experiences that make Iron Mountain’s program unlike any other:
Executive Speaker Series – Hear directly from senior leaders who share their career climbs, leadership philosophies, and the paths they forged to reach the top.
Summit Skill Workshops – Strengthen your early career toolkit with interactive sessions focused on communication, problem-solving, project management, and more — skills that will set you apart by the end of your internship.
Campfire Chats with Former Interns – Gather with former Mountaineer interns who turned their experiences into full-time careers, and learn how they navigated the journey.
Service Days on the Mountain – Give back to the community and leave a mark beyond the workplace, all while bonding with your cohort.
Guided Mentorship & Trail Networking – Connect with mentors, managers, and peers who will guide and support you along the way.
