Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Intern located in our Littleton, MA site.

Reporting to the Technical Product Senior Manager, the Intern will assist with daily tasks while learning, collaborating and working alongside Engineers and cross-functional teams.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Assist Engineering Team with meeting site production objectives
  • Reviewing documentation, CAD drawings and reporting findings to team
  • Monitoring bottlenecks and making recommendations to management
  • Attend team meetings and support project work as needed

Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:

  • Undergrad student pursuing Mechanical/Industrial Engineering major
  • CAD tools (Solidworks) experience
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis
  • Lean/Six Sigma helpful
  • Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment
  • Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
  • Previous internship experience a plus!

Internship Program Requirements:

  • 10-12 week Summer assignment (in-person)
  • Available to work 40 hours/week
  • Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
  • 3.0 GPA
Pay Range (Applicable to Massachusetts)$16.74 USD - $23.02 USD Hourly
