Reviewing customer specifications for detailed requirements to set up new processes or establish gaps between current practices and specification requirements.

Manage process optimization in regards to tooling, throughput, cost analysis on new/existing packages, and cost reduction on paint.

Oversee first article qualification to ensure time optimization, pricing evaluation and proper engineering.

Responsible for scheduling all new customer orders/packages.
Coordinate with planning for the creation of accurate and detailed work orders for all new and existing orders along with the creation of new technique cards.

Perform regular gap analysis of customer specifications for new revisions being released for current established processes.

Perform project management to meet required goals and deadlines.

Use Statistical Process Control tools (e.g. Failure Mode & Effects Analysis, Pareto, etc.) to evaluate potential risk when setting up new processes or reviewing changes to current processes.

Coordinate and collaborate with other project team members to ensure continuous success in meeting required deadlines and product goals.

Establish objectives for each individual project assigned to ensure that the team members have a clear understanding of expectations.

Schedule required meetings, procure assets required, and communicate with required departments to ensure objectives are met.

Create and revise internal processing procedures and quality work instructions for performing quality control tests

  • COMPENSATION RANGE:   $70,000 - $80,000
