As our Process Analyst, you will help oversee and execute the implementation of automation solutions specifically focused on inpatient coding and auditing at both project and operational levels, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with strategic objectives. Every day you will design innovative AI coding workflows and user interfaces, coordinate cross-functional teams for effective automation implementation, and utilize data analytics to prioritize and design automation solutions. To thrive in this role, you must be proficient in establishing healthy working relationships with various stakeholders and possess an in depth understanding of digital technologies and solutions to drive process transformation.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Process Analyst: 

  • Conduct process analysis and document workflows for automation.

  • Support user acceptance testing and training for new AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine solutions.

  • Facilitate training and change management efforts for AI adoption.

 

 Required Skills: 

  • 5+ years of relevant Inpatient coding and/or coding adjacent experience.

  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines and DRG reimbursement methodologies.

  • Ability to travel as requested up to 25%.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $109,118.00 - $187,269.24 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
