Job Summary
The Nursing Director is responsible and accountable for the planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services of the nursing location. Also responsible for the management of all operational services for their location of responsibility. Working within federal, state, and regional regulations, we strive to meet the needs of our patients.Essential Functions:

Qualifications
- Master's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study required
- MA Registered Nurse License required
- Basic Life Support Certification preferred
- Certification in related field obtained within 12 months of hire and must be maintained while in this position - Can be certified in any Professional Board Certification, Magnet recognized, by the following accrediting bodies: NCCA, ISO/IEC, ABSNC, or ICAC
- 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership required
- Ambulatory or Procedural experience preferred
- Oncology experience preferred
- Proficient organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient commitment to clinical excellence.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Regulations.
