Solve unprecedented, high‑ambiguity problems end‑to‑end: create solutions, then build repeatable systems to run them without you. Own outcomes, act autonomously, generate options relentlessly, operate under scarce resources and tight deadlines, and continuously scale impact across the company.
The summary above was generated by AI

Before you read any further, this is probably not for you.

Most people are looking for a role. We are looking for a type of person.

That person is wired differently.

When everyone else is heading for the exit, they are walking back in. When there is no playbook, they write one overnight. When they hear "it can't be done," they hear a deadline. They do not wait for permission, budget, or instructions. They find a way, and when there is no way, they make one.

They are rare. Most companies mistake them for rebels, misfits, or troublemakers right up until they solve a problem nobody else could.

We built Rwazi around them. This page exists to find more.

What Rwazi is

Rwazi is a Decision AI company. Fortune 500 enterprises run their biggest decisions through us, and the world's most advanced AI companies come to us when they need the most complex AI datasets on earth. We are creating a category that did not exist, and the pace of that creation shapes everything about how we operate.

That speed is the point. It is also why we hire the way we do.

The role

There is no title. There is no department. There is no job description in the normal sense, because the job is the part of Rwazi that is hardest right now.

You will be handed problems that have never been solved, by us or by anyone. No precedent, no expert to call, no process to follow. Your job is to solve them anyway, and then build the system that makes your solution run without you, so you can move to the next one. Solving is the entry fee. Systematizing is the job.

The scope has no edges. What you work on this quarter may not exist as a concept today.

How we will know you

Nothing on your résumé will save you here. The MBA will not save you. The certifications will not save you. The decade spent doing something that looks similar will not save you, because nothing here looks like anything for long. The difference between people who thrive here and people who do not was never on paper. So we will not ask where you worked or what you studied.

What does predict success is a pattern. We have seen it often enough that we can recognize it almost immediately.

You take full ownership of outcomes. When something breaks, your first move is toward it, never away, and never toward an explanation of whose fault it was. You generate options relentlessly; when ten doors close, you have already found the eleventh. You are resourceful to the point of art, delivering more with less and never confusing motion with results. You are unreasonably resourceful. When resources are scarce, timelines are absurd, information is incomplete, and everyone else is explaining why something cannot be done, you have a habit of finding a way forward anyway.

If you read that and felt recognized, keep going. If you read it and felt tired, stop here. Both reactions are correct.

For the right person, this environment feels less like a job and more like being dropped into the middle of an expedition. Every day presents a new challenge. Every solved problem reveals a larger one behind it. Every breakthrough expands what becomes possible. Some people find that exhausting. Others spend their entire careers searching for it.

The honest part

This will be the most demanding thing you have ever done. The pace does not slow down; it compounds. The problems do not get easier; they get bigger, because every one you solve raises the ceiling. Most excellent people, people who have succeeded everywhere else, would not last here, and we say that with genuine respect for them.

We are not selling comfort. We are offering the arena: the hardest problems, total ownership, zero bureaucracy between you and the outcome, and a seat on the small team changing how business is done in the 21st century. For a specific kind of person, that trade is the best one available anywhere. You know if you are that person.

What you get

The mission. You are not joining a category. You are building one.

The arena. Unsolved problems, real authority, and results that are visibly, undeniably yours.

The opportunity. Most companies hire specialists to operate inside systems that already exist. We are offering the opportunity to become one of the people who creates the systems everyone else will eventually operate inside.

The growth. Not the kind measured in training programs, promotions, and corporate ladders. The kind that comes from repeatedly facing problems that appear impossible and discovering that they are not.

The upside. Compensation is solid, and it grows with what you unlock: when the problems you solve open new ground for Rwazi, they open new ground for you. But if that is the sentence you read twice, this is not your page. The rarest thing we offer is the work itself. Problems this hard, with this much ownership, exist almost nowhere, and the person we want already knows that is the real prize. The structure simply makes sure that when you deliver, you benefit.

How to apply

No cover letter. No keyword résumé. No application form in the normal sense.

The application is the Gauntlet. Most people will not finish it. That is the point.

Enter the Gauntlet → https://extendedforms.io/s/Vmqy9

If we see what we are looking for, your first conversation with us will be a live problem, not an interview.

Rwazi is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate on one axis: can you solve the problem.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
