JOB SUMMARY:

Enabling our teams with leading technology allows analytics to guide our solutions and keeps us accountable while achieving goals.The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication among Team Members and stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description
- Track, monitor, and report status of client projects, and maintain audit timeliness.
- Assist with preparation of agendas, reports and minutes for client meetings.
- Work with Senior Manager and Team Leads to research and resolve client issues and questions in regard to scheduling, record requests, and document processing.
- Assist with the creation of presentations and reports delivered to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support positive and successful client relationships.
- Monitor the status of internal and external deliverables including, but not limited to audit samples, export files and audit summary reports.
- Assist with updates to client materials.
- Coordinate cross-department meetings.
- Maintain compliance with CorroHealth’s policies, procedures and mission statement.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within CorroHealth’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CorroHealth for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; and
- Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function
Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
