As an Analyst within our Private Investments Analytics team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quantitative tools and dashboards to monitor and analyze the performance of Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Infrastructure Funds.
- Utilize statistical and quantitative methods to analyze portfolio data, identify trends, and forecast performance.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and models to enhance portfolio analytics capabilities and improve reporting accuracy.
- Propose new models and tools and redesign existing process flows to achieve efficiencies and controls.
- Prepare detailed analytical and research reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Understand, analyze, and utilize existing financial models to generate results that aid in drawing insights and creating reports.
- Implement best coding practices with a focus on modularity and code optimization.
- Present complex and technical issues logically, precisely, and simply to thrive on a global team.
- Execute process automation or user tool automation projects.
- Focus on complex tasks with attention to detail.
- Complete assignments with strong initiative and confidence, even with limited supervision.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with at least 1year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with intermediate programming experience in Python; experience in plotting libraries and dashboarding tools like Streamlit
- Basic understanding of SQL and database operations is required.
- Basic understanding and use of Excel.
- Strong communication skills to thrive on a global team, with the ability to present complex and technical issues logically, precisely, and simply.
- Familiarity with various asset classes, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.
- Proven ability to focus on complex tasks and attention to detail.
- Strong initiative and confidence in completing assignments with limited supervision.
