As a key player in our MBE CG, you'll be responsible for architecting solutions to streamline development and analysis of systems engineering artifacts found in our DE tools, and the development of our Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE). Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our transition to a Digital Enterprise (DE), where virtual and cloud-based networks are redefining the boundaries of traditional engineering.

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Develop tools and methods for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data in the DEE
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to contribute to the development of DE training materials and company best practices
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM field and 6+ years experience in Software/Systems Engineering or Masters Degree in STEM field and 4+ years experience in Software/Systems Engineering
- Proficiency in a compiled language such as C, C++, or Java
- Experience with relational databases
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with digital engineering tools (e.g. ARAS innovator, SBE Vision, Cameo/MagicDraw, etc)
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies and task management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI)
- Experienced working in all phases of the engineering product development lifecycle
- Classroom and on-the-job teaching experience
- Training material development
