As a UX Writer/Content Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping customer experiences—helping people understand complex financial topics and translating strategy into clear, effective digital content. This is your opportunity to solve a variety of communication challenges: from crafting UX copy for navigation and user flows, to writing concise, engaging educational and transactional 0content for mobile devices, and developing personalized messaging strategies that span entire customer journeys.
You’re passionate about language, a natural collaborator, and thrive in partnership with experience designers. You’ll help guide projects from concept to completion, using data and analytics to test, iterate, and continuously improve content.
The expertise and skill you bring
5–7+ years of professional writing experience in UX writing, copywriting, or technical writing. Experience in financial services is a plus, but a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills is essential.
A versatile writer who can tailor messaging for diverse audiences—whether it’s individual investors, small business owners, or enterprise clients.
A clear communicator who can break down complex topics into conversational, approachable language.
A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture, then translate it into cohesive, connected content blocks.
A curious collaborator who asks the right questions and works effectively with business partners, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience creating personalized content across mobile and web platforms.
A team player with a track record of successful collaboration with Design, Marketing, and Product teams.

The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
