Job Description:

Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Principal Business/Systems Analyst to join the Privileged Access Management (PAM) Risk Reduction Team. We are looking for a passionate individual with skills in systems/business analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and successful project delivery. As part of the risk reduction effort, you will collaborate with a team of analysts dedicated to enhancing Fidelity’s access ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with other analysts, team leads, and technology leads across the enterprise to leverage expertise in privileged access controls, expand and adopt PAM controls using a risk-based approach, maintain control health, support critical initiatives, protect accounts throughout their lifecycle, and recommend industry-based changes to practices and policies.

The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience as a systems analyst and/or business analyst, delivering requirements documentation, process mapping, and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Experience in cybersecurity and/or access lifecycle management is a plus.

  • Experience with IAM and PAM concepts and systems is a plus (SailPoint, Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust)

  • Working knowledge of Linux environments is plus.

  • Strong experience with Excel, SQL, SharePoint, and Confluence

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Expert ability to conduct research and analysis independently, including applying data-driven insights, constructing complex diagrams and visualizations, and documenting current and future state of complex projects.

  • Functions as a domain expert of team’s product(s) and processes and seeks opportunities to document and share knowledge to prevent single point of failure.

  • Skilled in managing competing priorities and aligning deliverables, teams, and partners to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Leads and fosters collaboration with key partners, proactively sharing information, and addressing potential challenges.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills including leading sessions with technical and non-technical members such as stakeholders, business partners, team members, and subject matter experts.

  • Creates and maintains complex documentation for reference by external teams and stakeholders including product documentation, technical diagrams, and business requirement documents Proficient understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.

  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mentality and shares expertise with junior analysts.

Related Certifications

  • Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates is a plus.
