Job Description SummaryOversee a portfolio of domains, projects and programs, aligning investment and resources with business objectives. Work closely with IT executives, program leaders, and stakeholders to prioritize and optimize the portfolio, ensuring the effective delivery and performance of IT capabilities. Facilitate monitoring of value delivery and oversee allocation of budget and resources to drive value and effective use of resources. Use PMO tools and dashboards to provide financial and delivery visibility to IT executives. Work with PMs and Stakeholders in portfolio to ensure compliance with Global PMO Guidelines. Own process and template improvements in global PMO.
You will be responsible for delivery of highly complex cross disciplined programs that span multiple organizations, various stakeholders (ex: within GE HealthCare, customer production support and operations and partners). You will be responsible for defining and executing programs and tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Ensure IT PMO policies and standards are adopted consistently for:

IT value Delivery: Value management through OKRs
-
Financial Risk Management: Investment alignment to portfolio goals and IT investment guidelines.

Resource Risk Management: Optimize the allocation of IT resources
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

Relationship management with IT and Business leaders
-
IT value definition: Collaborate with ITELTs to identify and manage OKRs for value delivery out of investment programs.

Oversee the strategic focus areas for building new capabilities which includes owning large, cross-functional transformational initiatives/workstreams and help define incremental breakdown of the work for implementation and value delivery in an accelerated fashion.

Roadmap Integration: Collaborate with Business Leaders and ITELTs to develop a holistic strategy and roadmap

Apply the most effective best practices, foster meaningful collaboration, increase technical delivery velocity, quality, predictability, and value, and improve customer satisfaction.

Cross-Organizational Dependencies: Collaborate with ITELTs to identify and manage cross-organization roadmap dependencies.
Responsibilities

Point of contact for PMO, VMO, Sourcing, Operations, Finance

Own Portfolio Reviews: Lead structured weekly/monthly/quarterly governance cadence

Champion PMO Standards: Drive adoption of tools, metrics, processes and methodologies.

Monitor Portfolio Health: Ensure consistent measurement and reporting to drive on-time and on-budget delivery

Work with PMs to follow up on stuck transactions – in gating, ADR/PSR, Finance or Sourcing approvals etc.

Work with PMs in the portfolio to – Ensure investment forecast accuracy, Accuracy of PPM projects (milestones, financial plans, status, risks etc.), Drive capex liquidation, Financial and execution performance analysis

Manage annual run budget and operating plan process – relay guidance, aggregate data at portfolio level, group PMs and finance/others involved to align and resolve issues

Act as a point of contact for ITDP and intern assignment submissions

Leading ITLT internal org. operations (e.g. op. mechs for the team, external in demands (like audits, special initiatives, etc.), hiring projections etc.)
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree with 10 years of relevant experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $185,600.00-$278,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
