As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic leader at the forefront of Atlassian's new Teamwork Collection. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at attracting and activating audiences on the Teamwork Collection and across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo. Your deep understanding of the intricacies of onboarding bundled solutions will enable you to champion early user experiences. You will craft compelling messages, produce engaging content, and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns that support and streamline the user into this collection of apps.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $173,300 - $231,000
Zone B: $155,900 - $207,900
Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you will:
- Messaging and Positioning: Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates the value of Teamwork Collections to new and existing audiences. Ensure that this messaging is consistent across channels and integrated deeply throughout the Atlassian portfolio.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring and activating audiences for Teamwork Collection. This includes identifying key market opportunities, defining target segments, and creating tailored marketing initiatives to drive growth among the knowledge worker audience.
- Onboarding Strategy: Partner with the Product and Growth teams to identify and implement strategies to enhance the onboarding experience for new Teamwork Collections users, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to active usage. Help design experiments aimed at improving user activation and engagement.
- Market, Competitive, and User Research: Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use these learnings to inform marketing strategies and improve the onboarding experience.
- Content Development: Drive effective content development that supports both discovery and adoption of Teamwork Collections. This includes everything from SEO content, to product guides, webinars, videos, and more.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, design, and engineering to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and community influencers. Leverage these relationships to create compelling customer stories and testimonials.
Your background:
- Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, with a strong focus on collaboration products and audiences. Previous experience with bundled solutions a plus!
- Communication Skills: Strong storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for new audiences.
- Content Development: Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and adoption.
- Market Analysis: Experience with competitive analysis and market research in the project management or collaboration space.
- Influence: Cross-functional aptitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across from Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver on a shared vision and goals
