Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is looking for a Lead Portfolio Marketing Manager to drive continued acceleration of Dynatrace market share growth and expand adoption of Dynatrace solutions across market segments. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, this role will drive alignment and results, working closely with a highly cross-functional team across marketing, product, sales, services and finance. This role will drive actionable competitive insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, including the CEO. This individual will be responsible for deeply understanding the competitive landscape, identifying emerging threats and opportunities, and developing strategies to maintain and extend Dynatrace's market leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive competitive research and analysis, including working with cross-functional teams in support of competitor product analysis, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and financial performance.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud native, FinOps), and competitive activities to identify potential disruptions and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust competitive intelligence database and reporting system, identifying and reporting on relevant KPIs to grow market share.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and other executives on competitive positioning, product strategy, and go-to-market approaches.
• Support competitive sales engagements by providing targeted information and analysis to sales teams.
• Track and analyze competitive win/loss data to identify trends and inform strategic adjustments.
• Influence industry analysts through proactive briefings and information sharing.
• Contribute to RFP responses by providing competitive analysis and insights.
• Contribute to competitive battle cards, sales enablement materials, and presentations to equip sales, marketing, and product teams with competitive insights.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities to maximize leverage of the partner ecosystem across product management, marketing, and field-facing teams, acting as the connective tissue to ensure relevant information is consistently shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Conference: Attend conferences, deliver speaking events and webinars, serving as the SME as needed.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, software engineering or related field
• 8+ years in product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market
Preferred Requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical product marketing experience
• 10+ years in product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market
• MBA
• Ability to learn quickly and deliver results
• Willing to work across global offices and travel as needed
Employees Can Work Remotely Within the United States with residence 45 miles distance outside of local office. This role can be filled remotely for the right candidate. Additional Information Compensation and Reward:
• DOE, annual salary is $160K - $200K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location, and include salary bonus incentives plus RSUs.
