SimSpace provides advanced, realistic cyber ranges as an AI Proving Grounds for mission critical organizations worldwide. This role is strategic in leading the development of our platform to enable organizations to train defenders, evaluate security controls, rehearse missions, test operational resilience, and validate emerging AI and agentic systems under realistic conditions.

AI systems and autonomous agents are rapidly becoming part of how organizations defend, operate, automate, and make decisions. As adoption accelerates, enterprises and government organizations need trusted environments to understand how these systems perform, where they fail, how they behave under adversarial pressure, and whether they can be safely deployed in mission-critical workflows. SimSpace is uniquely positioned to provide the realistic cyber environments, instrumentation, emulation, and validation workflows required to support that transformation.

In this role, you will define and drive platform capabilities that support AI training, testing, evaluation, and validation within realistic cyber environments. The role requires a product leader who can operate at the intersection of AI systems, cybersecurity, enterprise platform architecture, simulation, automation, and customer outcomes.
