Principal Product Manager – Structured Products & Private Credit

Clearwater Analytics is hiring a Lead Product Manager to build the next generation of structured credit and private credit analytics. This is a unique opportunity to define how the world’s leading insurers and asset managers model, price, and risk-compute complex securitized and private assets.

In this role, you’ll lead the roadmap for Clearwater’s structured credit and private credit capabilities—from CLO waterfalls to NAV loan modeling. You’ll work closely with quant developers, directly engage leading insurance companies, insurance-focused asset managers, or alternative asset managers, and ship high-impact features into production.

Responsibilities ( What You’ll Do)

·       Build and own Clearwater’s structured credit and private credit product roadmap

·       Translate complex modeling needs into scalable SaaS tools

·       Collaborate with quant engineering to build cashflow projection, valuation, and risk models

·       Work directly with clients to understand and support their workflows

·       Support Sales, Solutions, and Marketing with positioning and technical expertise

Qualifications (You Should Have)

·       10+ years in structured finance, credit analytics, or financial product management

·       Deep knowledge of CLOs, ABS, CMBS, RMBS, residential whole loans, and/or private credit

·       Experience working with tools like Intex, Moody’s, Kanerai, Trepp, YieldBook, or ADCo

·       Hands-on collaboration with quantitative and engineering teams

·       Experience interfacing with institutional investors or insurance clients
