Job Description

As Principal Product Manager, MTA, you’ll own Northbeam’s multi-touch attribution product vision and execution. You’ll define how we capture, model, and surface attribution data across channels, driving clear ROI insights for our customers. You will help good marketers get promoted.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, strategic mindset, and deep empathy for the marketer’s workflow.

What you will be doing
  • Lead Northbeam’s MTA product strategy and execution. Marketers will turn to your products to help them succeed wherever they spend budget, engage customers, and drive revenue.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver valuable, scalable, and delightful products.
  • Drive adoption and retention across your product portfolio.
What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years in B2B product management, with deep experience in attribution, analytics, or measurement products
  • Proven record of delivering data rich B2B products powered by complex technology that supports sophisticated customer workflows.
  • A clear point of view. You see beyond features requests and lead from vision through execution.
  • Deep familiarity with marketing measurement: the data, logic, model validation, and business objectives that power attribution.
  • Commitment to delivering value beyond the ship date. You partner with marketing, support, and early adopters to ensure adoption and success
  • You excel at distilling and articulating complex concepts, data models, and workflows into valuable, user-friendly products.
  • You bridge technical and business conversations with clarity, tailoring your message to each audience.
Benefits
  • Equity package
  • Generous base salary
  • Healthcare Benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • Travel to meet with the team
  • Flexible PTO Policy
  • 12 Company Paid Holidays

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
